🚗 Wash Monkey – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 01, 2025.
By signing up and using the Wash Monkey mobile application, you (“Customer”, “You”, “User”) agree to be
bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
This website (www.washmonkey.in) is operated by
WASHIMONKI SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
All references to “Wash Monkey” refer to the brand owned by the Company.

1. Service Overview
Wash Monkey provides professional car wash and cleaning services at your doorstep. Services are offered via
one-time bookings or subscription plans. Our operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, divided
into 4 service slots for customer convenience.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
3. Bookings and Execution
- Customers must ensure the car is available at the selected time and address.
- If the car is not accessible or service is denied by local authorities/societies, the booking will be marked as
“attempted” and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- For subscription plans, services will be scheduled automatically unless you pause or cancel the plan 24 hours in
advance.
4. Payments and Refunds
- All payments must be made in advance via the app using UPI or our integrated payment gateway.
- No refunds will be provided for missed services due to issues at the customer’s end.
- In case of service failure from Wash Monkey’s side (e.g., no cleaner assigned), a refund or reschedule will be
initiated within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- One-time bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the selected slot.
- Subscription users must notify at least 24 hours in advance to skip or pause a scheduled wash.
- No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or compensated.
6. Service Scope & Limitations
- Wash Monkey provides surface-level car cleaning. Mechanical repairs, engine wash, or fluid services are not
included.
- We are not liable for damage to cars caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., dents, loose parts, rust).
- Service times may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, access restrictions, or staffing issues.
7. Customer Obligations
- Ensure the car is parked in an accessible location and unlocked (if interior cleaning is requested).
- Remove valuables and personal items before service.
- Wash Monkey is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the car.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Although we take all reasonable care, Wash Monkey is not liable for minor cosmetic issues or damage
unless proven to be a direct result of our agent’s negligence.
- All damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of service completion, with supporting photos.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, brand assets, software, and logos related to Wash Monkey are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Account Suspension/Termination
Wash Monkey reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any account involved in fraud, abusive behavior,
or violations of these terms.
11. Privacy and Data Use
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your
personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for service delivery.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via email support. If unresolved, legal jurisdiction
will be under the courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu.
13. Modifications
Wash Monkey may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the latest version
of the Terms & Conditions.
